Q: What is the status of my order?
A: You will receive a shipping notification, with a UPS tracking number, when your item ships. All store items are requisitioned from the DST warehouse, so the processing time is slightly longer than with a normal store. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process an in-stock order.
Q: Why am I unable to complete an order to an address outside the United States?
A: Currently, we do not ship outside of the U.S., but there are numerous online toy retailers who carry our products, and you can find a retailer in your home country by using comicshoplocator.com.
Q: Can I send you my idea for a toy line?
A: We do not accept product submissions.
