
We at Diamond Select Toys are excited to announce a new program designed to get some of our more hard-to-find and promotional pieces into the hands of our customers. In this new program, every dollar spent at the DST online store will equal one point, redeemable for a variety of items including promotional Minimates, limited action figures, autographed items and rare DST merchandise! The more you spend, the more points you acquire!
Q: Are these items really free?
A: Yes. Customers will however be responsible for a small shipping and handling fee.
Q: How do I get my points?
A: Points will be automatically added to customers’ accounts when their purchased or pre-ordered item ships (and not when the pre-order is placed). Customers can log into the DST online store and check their point totals at any time.
Q: How are points calculated?
A: Customers will get one point per dollar spent on products (shipping costs are not calculated into point totals.) Points will be rounded up to the nearest dollar amount is a product is not an even dollar amount. So a $15.99 purchase will earn 16 points.
Q: I don’t see the item I was saving for. Are there any more?
A: Due to the often limited nature of these items, the inventory levels will be automatically monitored. Sold out items will remain in the store, but customers will no longer be able to add them to their shopping carts. In the event that more stock is discovered, these will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: How can I redeem my points?
A: Just go to Your Account and log in to view your point totals and see the full list of Rarities available for redemption.
Q: Can I redeem my points for cash?
A: Sorry, but no. Points have no cash value.
Q: What if I have to return my purchase?
A: Any authorized returns will result in the points from that individual item being removed from your account.
Q: I have more points than I should. Is this a mistake?
A: Occasionally DST will run special promotions where you may receive bonus points, double points, triple points, etc. In the event of a system error, we reserve the ability to manually adjust point totals to their proper levels.
Q: Do points expire?
A: Currently points do not expire.
